I had an outstanding experience at Healthcare Massage Pro. From the moment I walked in, the environment was clean, professional, and welcoming. The staff took the time to understand exactly what I was dealing with and approached the session with a clear focus on treatment and results.

I had been struggling with ongoing shoulder pain that was getting progressively worse—limited mobility, weakness, and constant discomfort. After just one session, the difference was remarkable. The pain was essentially gone, and I regained about 90% of my mobility. It honestly exceeded my expectations.

What stood out most was the level of professionalism and the focus on genuine therapeutic care. This is clearly a place centered on health, recovery, and well-being. It’s the kind of environment you feel completely comfortable recommending to anyone—family included.

I’m already planning to schedule an appointment for my wife to see if they can help with her neck issues as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for real, results-driven massage therapy.

Had a great experience at this great establishment,the massage therapist is excellent!Therapist applies perfect pressure to the aches and pains in my muscles!Feel like a new person when I go to this great establishment!I would recommend going at least twice a month!

Came here on thursday didnt know what to expect . I went to kaiser a week b4 and they said i had a pinched nerve . Gave me pain killers and steroids. Came unfortunately i didnt catch the gentlemans name but i think he was the owner. I was a tad early. Better early than late heh. He was nice enough to tell me when to return if i wanted to walk around. I got michelle as my therapist. I got the sports massage for 1 hr . It didn't feel like an hr it felt like 2 hrs . She asks u if u like it hard pressure or medium pressure . I figured to get my money's worth i get it hard pressure. Wow it was hard alright lolol. She was great. 5 stars all the way . I will be back eventually. I Just work alot .

The massage therapist asked before starting where my trouble area are and focused on them. She was very kind and was able to relieve a lot of tension I had in my shoulders and neck. I’ve been to a few other spots in Simi and the valley and this was by far the best. It is a very clean and relaxing environment.
